Need an Official Record?

Route an Antelope County request by record type and court level:

  • Filed case information: use the Antelope County court case lookup, then ask the proper clerk for an official or certified copy.
  • Nebraska criminal-history record requests: contact Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division for the statewide public RAP sheet and correction process.
  • Set-asides and restricted records: file in the Antelope County court that imposed the sentence; ask that clerk about access, current fees, and forms.

The courthouse address appears officially as both 501 Main Street and 501 M Street. They refer to the same Neligh courthouse, but the sheriff's records and booking counter is in the separate Law Enforcement Center at 1102 L Street.
